Returns/
Exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, KraftzbyKadin by Kadin reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us.

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on the USPS tracking page.

Canellations

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Wrong Address

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, KraftzbyKadin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Damaged

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our Contact Us page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.

Incorrect Item

Please visit our page here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.

Payments

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, Discover, and Paypal. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.

Products

Our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin, 100% natural, and not tested on animals.

Storage

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $40 in the United States. In addition, we offer the following shipping options:

Shipping Disruptions

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, USPS, DHL, and/or their shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
