Shipping
At this time, we ship orders within the domestic United States. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Shipping Time
The normal order processing time is 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday excluding major holidays within the United States). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.
Domestic
Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, and DHL depending on your location and weight. All standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. If orders are placed after cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
International
Currently, we do not ship internationally but will by 2026.
Notice
KraftzbyKadin is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Kraftzbykadin not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
